Our country is training power engineers. However, the specialists who are being trained cannot hide their poor knowledge of foreign languages. In order to be able to work with international information in the future, it is necessary to have good language skills. In order to keep pace with global development, the first thing we need to achieve is the quality of international education.
I really liked the experience of training an energy engineer in Germany. Germany, like ours, has such an international standard, so it does not mean that it will not change its curriculum, but it can update its Qatar Mobile Number List curriculum in time. It is very different from the program I studied in my time. However, the curriculum that prepares engineers in our country seems almost the same as what I studied more than 60 years ago. However, in recent years, I am personally pleased that engineers have been trained in Japan. We will develop only if we educate our students abroad and support our good young people.
Expand the German curriculum?
They train their students for pay by working directly on their power plants and grids. In this way, the student knows whether he likes this profession or not, he understands what to learn more, in a word, he directly combines practice with theory. The student himself decides what to learn in depth, and the apprentice engineer is called his "teacher", and the apprentice engineer is given a teacher's salary and bonus. I liked the fact that the student is ready to enter the workplace immediately after graduation and is fully capable of further self-development.
What is your position on the government's policy in this field?
Although the government has approved and implemented the policy to be followed by every industry in Mongolia, when the government changes, this document is not followed, it is changed, some work that was going to be done, some work that was being done is stopped and new work is done. For example, the Aegean River Hydropower Plant should have been operational. However, it has become the image of Mongolia today that it has been slow and has not been done yet. I think that the plan made in my youth lasted for five years and a lot of construction work was done.
What are the benefits of developing our energy sector in other sectors?
As mentioned above, the energy sector is a sector that guarantees Mongolia's national security and independence. Of course, all sectors are important, but if the development of this sector is poor, the development of other sectors will not be a problem. By developing the energy sector, unplanned power outages will be eliminated, quality indicators will improve significantly, and the quality of life of the population will be positively affected.
